The CLI ships inside the Filecrow Mac app (0.3.7 and later) at /Applications/filecrow.app/Contents/Helpers/filecrow. Separate CLI downloads and Homebrew hosting are not yet published. If the app is not installed, ask the person to install it from https://filecrow.com/install; do not install it on their behalf without asking. To send files, use the CLI; do not operate the Filecrow app's window through screen control.
